Cancellation Policy
Our online consultation services are designed to provide a seamless and convenient experience. Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. If you need to reschedule, you may use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly at gaby@yoderesq.com. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus the processing fees associated with your booking. Refunds will be issued via check and should arrive at the address you provide us within 8-10 business days. No-shows are non-refundable. All consultations will be conducted via Zoom. A link to join the session will be included in your confirmation email. To ensure a smooth experience, please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a functional microphone, and access to a camera if required. Additionally, we ask that you join the session from a private and distraction-free location to maintain the confidentiality of the consultation. We reserve the right to reschedule consultations at any time prior to the scheduled start time at our need/discretion. If you are late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other individuals, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all consultations and ask that you do the same.
